Create an IndexMap from a list of key-value pairs

use indexmap::indexmap;

let map = indexmap!{
    "a" => 1,

};
assert_eq!(map["a"], 1);
assert_eq!(map["b"], 2);
assert_eq!(map.get("c"), None);
